Business Sales Executive

R13 Recruitment are partnering with a market-leading professional services organisation in their search for an ambitious Consultative Sales Professional to join their expanding Norwich-based team. Handling an abundance of incoming enquiries, you are required to establish client requirements, match with suitable solutions, process quotations, engage follow ups and coordinate legal contracts.
With significant growth year-on-year and an exceptional commission structure, this opportunity is ideal for a determined individual who is driven by performance and earning potential.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm with the flexibility of some weekly home-working once established in the role. Basic salary is circa. £27, with an uncapped commission structure seeing the top performers earning in excess of £k per annum and new starters achieving over £60k thanks to a generous introductory scheme.

The Day to Day:
3. Responding to inbound B2B enquiries from engaged prospects.
4. Managing warm leads generated via marketing campaigns, webinars and partnerships.
5. Building rapport and understanding client needs through consultative conversations.
6. Presenting relevant service solutions and cross-selling additional products where appropriate.
7. Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry through to close.
8. Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing your own pipeline.
9. Working towards monthly deal targets.
You Will Have/Be:
10. Previous sales experience (B2B or B2C considered).
11. Highly driven and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
12. Commercially aware with a curiosity and genuine interest in business
13. High energy, resilient and self-motivated.
14. Strong communicator with excellent rapport-building skills.
15. Confident managing your own pipeline.
16. Ambitious and eager to push your OTE higher.
17. A team player who meets standards without adopting aggressive sales behaviour.
