Automotive Customer Service Advisor – Guildford
Salary: Basic £27,740 OTE £30,000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays
Our client is seeking a fully trained Customer Service Advisor to join their already successful motor trade team working within a busy main dealer. You need to be a team player, able to work to deadlines and have the ability to use your own initiative.
Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers — managing inbound and outbound calls.
* Handling enquiries, bookings, and appointments while ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience.
* Promoting aftersales services and value-added products.
* Building strong relationships and delivering first-class service every time.
* Working collaboratively with a friendly, supportive team
The Ideal Customer Service Advisor:
* Experience in a customer service or sales role (automotive experience not essential).
* A confident, approachable communicator with excellent organisational skills.
* Someone who’s proactive, positive, and thrives in a busy environment
You must be able to produce high quality work in a busy motor trade environment and be motivated through set targets, showing flexibility according to the needs of your team.
