Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager - Heritage Brand | Location: Mayfair (Dover Street / Bond Street Area), Central London | Day rate £700-950 per day | Contract 12 months | Hybrid We are recruiting an experienced Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager to join our prestigious fashion sector client, a long-established heritage brand based in Central London, but with additional operations in France, Italy and Spain. The successful candidate for the Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager role will be responsible for leading the delivery of key projects and programmes, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion within scope, timeline, and budget. This transformational programme all about the modernisation and digitisation of a heritage brand, at a time when the business continues to experience UK and international growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the delivery of a series of inter-related high-profile projects, including the re-platforming of eCommerce, CRM, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA systems - Oversee delivery across five workstreams, covering development, integration, testing, communications, and service transition. - Implement new sales and stock processes to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience, bearing in mind the luxury and high end reputation of the business. The processes are essential to prevent stock failures and shortages, particularly during times when the products are in high visibility for example fashion media coverage and events. - Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project alignment with business goals and objectives - Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed Requirements: - Proven experience as a Project Manager or Programme Manager in rescuing, stabilising and delivering complex projects, ideally with experience of digital transformation - Strong background in programme management and delivery, with a track record of successful project outcomes - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience in working with heritage brands or in the luxury retail sector is highly desirable - Relevant project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP or Agile) are preferred This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established heritage brand in the heart of London and make a significant impact on business operations.
