Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and inspire the store team to deliver excellent customer experience.
* Develop and manage team performance, coaching to meet targets and driving success.
* Implement processes and procedures, manage performance reviews and ensure compliance.
* Drive sales, targets and customer satisfaction while leading the day-to-day retail operations.

* Experience working in a fast paced environment (not necessarily retail).
* Experience leading and developing teams.
* Experience delivering first class customer experience.
* Experience following processes and procedures.
* Experience delivering reviews and performance management.
* Experience working towards targets and driving success.
