Here's what you need to know before applying: Your key responsibilities will include: Carry out opening and locking procedures for the building Carry out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs Assist in planned preventative maintenance programs Make sure heating, lighting and alarm systems are working correctly Observing and reporting Helping with movement of furniture etc Other reasonable tasks as required What we are looking for: Good communication skills both written and oral. Work as a team member. Some knowledge of health and safety legislation. Preferred experience in building maintenance. Preferred understanding of boiler plant operation. Experience of caretaking, cleaning and security. Ability to assist in preparation of planned maintenance programs.
