Location Sunbury Hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 days wfh
Length: Mid June End Dec 2025
Pay Rate PAYE £22.38 + £3.59 holiday pay per hour (Salary equivalent £42,000 - £48,000pa before tax/NI)
We are recruiting a HR Specialist for a global client based in Sunbury. This is a temporary position to start in mid June until the end of the year.
You will be working within the internal global shared services team, who are the first point of contact for HR related matters; the team are policy and process experts, dedicated to delivering the best customer experience.
As the HR Specialist you will provide information and guidance to employees on employee processes and data changes across the breadth of the Workday solution.
You will have CIPD Level 5 and experience of processing HR end to end life cycle transactions in Workday.
Responsibilities
Support the delivery and processing of end to end HR activities with high volumes and completing these tasks in the HR system.
Collaborating and managing customer relationships and queries via CRM system.
Perform the review approval steps in Workday to ensure these are in line with policy and procedure.
Ensure adherence to process user guides and standard data input forms.
Perform transactions and manage associated tasks for employees with regards to designated workstream in Core People Services.
Risk Management acts with high level of integrity and respect for data privacy. Takes steps to mitigate against risks in this space and knows when to bring up any concerns.
What we are looking for
Previous HR Specialist background and CIPD level 5
At least 1 years experience of processing HR end to end life cycle transactions in Workday and Salesforce
High analytical skills
Experience working with high volumes within a Shared Services environment.
