Pink Butterfly Accounting is a friendly, fast-growing accountancy practice based in Ellesmere Port. We specialise in supporting business owners predominantly in the hair and beauty industry, providing a professional but approachable service.

We are passionate about helping our clients feel supported, organised and confident in their finances and we are now looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our practice as we continue to grow.

The Role

We are looking for a Client Experience & Practice Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is a key role within the practice and will involve a mixture of client onboarding, customer service, workflow management, compliance and general office administration. You will also provide diary and administrative support to the Director.

The right person will be proactive, confident, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing the onboarding process for new clients
* Preparing onboarding packs, engagement documentation and client setup
* Handling incoming client telephone calls and emails professionally
* Managing and monitoring the workflow of the team to ensure deadlines are met
* Chasing missing information and documentation from clients
* Updating job progress and workflow stages on internal systems
* Supporting compliance tasks including AML checks and ID verification
* Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
* Managing the Director's diary and booking appointments/meetings
* Supporting improvements to internal processes and the client journey
* General office administration as required

Systems You Will Use

* Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* BrightManager
* Xero
* Dext
* Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Email)

You must be confident with technology and able to learn new systems quickly.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

* Friendly, bubbly and professional

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks
* Confident working in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities
* Tech-savvy and able to learn new software efficiently
* Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently

Experience in an accountancy practice or professional services environment would be beneficial, but not essential for the right candidate.

Role Details:

- Part-time: 16-20 hours per week over 3-5 days

* Flexible hours, Monday–Friday (perfect for school runs, life admin, or just enjoying daylight)

Salary & Perks:

£29,000 - £32,000 pro rata based on experience
