Residential Conveyancer – Stockport | Hybrid
An established and forward-thinking law firm in Stockport is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer with to join its growing residential property team.

The role
The Residential Conveyancer will manage their own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, supported by a dedicated conveyancing assistant and a collaborative, experienced team.

* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Shared ownership transactions
* New build matters
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity and transfers of part
* Adverse possession
What we are looking for:

* A minimum of 3 years' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
* Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
* A strong technical understanding of residential conveyancing processes
* Comfortable working autonomously while valuing team collaboration
* Experience using a case management system (P4W experience advantageous)
