Mental Health Crisis Worker – Bristol
Salary: £26,056 + £2116 night allowance
Location: Bristol
Hours: 37 hours a week including nights (24/7 service)
Are you passionate about supporting people through challenging times and helping them on their journey to recovery?
We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Mental Health Crisis Worker to join our clients’ citywide crisis support service. In this role, you’ll work alongside individuals experiencing mental health difficulties, helping them navigate available services, connect with community resources, and build resilience for the future.
You’ll collaborate closely with mental health professionals, community partners, and families, using a recovery-focused and trauma-informed approach to make a real difference in people’s lives.
What we’re looking for:
• Experience supporting people with mental health needs or other complex challenges.
• Strong communication and partnership skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and risk management.
• A recovery-focused mindset and commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
• Flexibility to work within a rota including evenings and weekends.
