Pay & Benefits Package:
1. Basic Rate: £13.93 per hour
2. Overtime: Time and a half after 9.6 hours per day
3. Sundays: Paid at double time
4. Unsociable Hours Premium: +£3.44/hour for all hours worked before 6:00am and after 8:00pm
5. Nights Out: Paid at £26.50 per night (up to 4 per week)
