We are looking for a passionate and values-driven Assistant Manager to support the Service Manager in leading three services and delivering high-quality, person-centred support. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will mentor teams, support compliance, oversee day-to-day operations and help drive continuous improvement — all while ensuring the people we support live extraordinary lives.
