The Role
This position will report into a fantastic Finance Manager with a dotted line to the Head of Finance, and it's a perfectly balanced role between management & financial accounting. The key components will include:
Management Accounting
* Business partnering with senior stakeholders
* Production and presentation of monthly reporting packs to influence decision making
* Preparation of monthly management accounts & ensuring robust month-end close
* Financial and performance analysis – KPI's, variances, revenue etc.
* Budget and forecasting
* Ensuring robust month-end close
Financial Accounting
* Supporting with statutory accounts & returns
* Feeding into year-end close and annual audit
* Balance sheet reconciliations & integrity
* Liaising with transactional finance – AP, AR, Treasury, Banking
