About the Role: PHD EMEA is seeking an Ad Operations Technical Director to lead ad trafficking for the VW Group across nine brands and twenty markets. You will enhance process efficiency, ensure high-quality outputs, and drive innovation across our offshore team of 20. You will report to the Global Head of Operations and collaborate with biddable media activation hubs and data teams. Key Responsibilities: Ad Trafficking Process: Optimize the end-to-end ad trafficking process, ensuring compliance with SLAs and quality standards. Refine the Creative Rotation Sheet (CRS) for campaign workflow, addressing the complexities of VWG's requirements. Serve as the escalation point for process-related issues. Team Leadership: Oversee the offshore Annalect India team and a Senior Ad Operations Manager, defining processes and conducting regular status updates. Monitor team performance and implement resolutions for any workflow issues. Technical Leadership & Innovation: Act as the technical expert for ad servers (CM360), buying platforms, and tagging systems. Advise on technical queries and explore new technologies to enhance trafficking processes and automation. About You: Strong background in ad operations within a media agency or similar environment. in-depth experience and knowledge of ad operations processes and platforms including ad servers (especially CM360) Recent leadership experience with a focus on managing offshore teams. In-depth knowledge of biddable media processes and platforms. Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders. Analytical skills to manage complex systems effectively. Technical expertise in ad servers, tagging systems, and digital ecosystems. Innovative mindset to adopt new technologies and processes. Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups. Passion for team building and driving efficient delivery.
