Overview
You'll be working with new and existing skilled shop floor assembly, fabrication and machining technicians to enhance their skills in modern manufacturing techniques.
Responsibilities
* Defining, designing and delivery of off and on the job training in areas such as manual machining, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, brazing, welding, riveting, instrument assembly and safe use of hand and power tools.
Qualifications
* Your background should include training apprentices and skilled engineers in workshop practices at an engineering manufacturer or training facility.
* A formal apprenticeship background combined with a Train The Trainer or teaching qualification will be ideal but essential.
