Personal Advisor, Hackney An opportunity has arisen in the Leaving Care Service for a personal advisor role; social work qualification is not required but candidate must have relevant experience working with young people aged 16-25, and interested in being a Personal Advisor in the Leaving Care Service. As a Personal Advisor you will work alongside other Personal Advisors and Social Workers in the Unit and report to the Team Manager. The role involves working together with the Virtual School, accommodation providers and PMU in ensuring care leavers are supported and prepared for independence. Good engagement skills and organisational skills are essential in holding a caseload of up to 25 care leavers and reviewing Pathway Plans in a timely way. £28.17 per hour There is plenty of hybrid working available.
