As a HE Lecturer you will: Design and deliver engaging schemes of learning and high-quality teaching, learning and assessment resources. Facilitate the development of core knowledge and professional skills to support trainee success Use a range of inclusive teaching methods, including digital tools, to enhance learner engagement and outcomes Effectively produce and manage every trainee’s individual teaching plan to ensure they achieve their highest potential We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who can promote a culture of excellent behaviour, motivation and high learner performance through exceptional standards of teaching and learning. In addition, you should be an excellent team player and have a passion for supporting students to succeed.
