Requirements:
—Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing listing projects for another crypto exchange;
—Deep understanding of the crypto market, including regulatory requirements and trading strategies;
—Extensive network within the crypto ecosystem, including relationships with exchanges and listing partners;
—Proven track record of achieving sales targets;
—Previous experience operating across multiple markets and time zones;
—Ability to multitask in order to set priorities and meet business needs;
—Customer-centric attitude with attention to details;
—Ability to understand customers’ business requirements and find solutions to their pain points;
—Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop working relationships at all levels;
—Well-accustomed to a client-facing role, understanding industry sensitivities and market environment;
—Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) or similar;
Responsibilities:
—Make WhiteBIT one of the top destinations for projects looking to list their tokens;
—Lead our efforts in establishing partnerships and negotiating listing deals with the established and upcoming crypto projects;
—Oversee the entire listing lifecycle, from due diligence and application to technical integration and ongoing support;
—Collaborate closely with internal teams—Business Development, Account Management, IT, Marketing, Finance and Compliance to compile necessary documentation, meet exchange requirements, and coordinate listing efforts;
—Ensure smooth onboarding of new business customers via KYB process;
—Achieve key performance indicators related to listing projects, such as revenue, trading volumes, liquidity, and pricing levels;
Would be a plus:
