Fixed Term Contract - ending on 31st December 2025. Seasonal Retail Sales Assistant. 4 hour contract. There is often potential for seasonal colleagues to move to a permanent basis after the initial festive contract.
As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you'll join our merry crew and help make this holiday season the best one yet. You will be the heart of our retail store during the busy peak period, welcoming customers with a friendly smile and inspiring them to read, learn, create, or play. The role involves managing deliveries and seasonal stock; it can be physically demanding, including stairs and heavy stock. Our supportive team will help you along the way.

Responsibilities
* Excite and Delight: provide friendly service and inspire customers to read, learn, create, or play with our products.
* Loyalty Ambassador: help customers plan a Christmas well spent and highlight value at The Works.
* Merchandising Marvel: follow planograms for key product areas and creatively merchandise non-planogrammed spaces.
* Deliveries: manage deliveries, price and label products, and keep stockrooms organized.
* Have fun and engage with customers and colleagues to keep the store a festive, welcoming environment.
