Laboratory Technician (ISO 17025 / ISO 14068)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Full-time, in-person role).

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and review installations to ensure compliance with EPAS product standards, technical guidelines, and UK industry regulations.
* Conduct site visits to assess installation quality and provide technical recommendations.
* Troubleshoot installation or operational issues and provide on-site or remote support.
* Deliver comprehensive training sessions on installation, servicing, and maintenance for technicians, contractors, and customers.
* Act as a key point of contact for customer queries regarding technical aspects of EPAS products.
* Assess customer satisfaction with installations and provide feedback for service improvements.
Technical & Compliance Oversight
* Maintain detailed documentation of service visits, installation reviews, and customer feedback.
* Ensure compliance with industry health and safety regulations during all installation and maintenance activities.
* Collaborate with the team to identify potential design or operational improvements.
* Support customers in optimising product placement and design for maximum efficiency.
Key Requirements
* Experience in technical support, field service, or installation within a related industry.
* Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) systems.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation or operational challenges.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to conduct training sessions and explain technical concepts to various audiences.
* A clean full UK driving licence (as travel to customer sites may be required).
* AutoCAD experience for reviewing and planning installation layouts or technical drawings.
* Familiarity with UK wastewater and drainage industry standards.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
