The Role
As Interim Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational leadership of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident experience are consistently delivered. You will provide stability, inspire teams, and drive performance while maintaining the organisation's premium reputation.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strong, visible leadership to the care and clinical teamsEnsure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policiesOversee safeguarding, governance, and quality assurance processesSupport and develop the staff team to maintain morale and performanceMaintain strong communication with residents, families, and external professionalsManage occupancy, budgets, and operational performancePrepare for inspections and drive continuous improvement

Experienced Care Home Manager with a strong regulatory background Proven track record of stabilising services and improving standardsConfident managing inspections and working with regulatorsCommercially aware with sound financial oversight experienceCalm under pressure, decisive, and solutions-focusedAvailable at short notice for an interim assignment
