The Role:
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the early development of children in their formative years. Requirements:

* Experience or qualifications in early childhood education is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with young children and their families.
* Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude towards learning and development.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.
