Overview:
We are Looking for an experienced domiciliary female care support worker to join our team.
Work area: Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Tring. (Early shift and Late shift available)
Must have a valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
We are a nurse-led domiciliary care company dedicated to providing exceptional care services in Hemel Hempstead, Tring, and Berkhamsted - you would be required to travel between these areas. Duties:
* Assist residents with daily activities (personal care, dressing, meals) and mobility.
* Provide emotional support, companionship, and implement behaviour management strategies.
* Administer medication under supervision and monitor/report changes in residents' health or behaviour.
* Drive residents to appointments/outings and maintain a clean, safe environment.
* Support with care plan.
* Contacting GP and relevant healthcare professionals
* Light household tasks.
Experience:
* In Medication Administration
* Previous experience in care, nursing homes, or home care (desirable).
* Knowledge of First Aid procedures.
* The ability to provide patient-centred care with empathy and respect.
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
Required:-
* A valid UK Drivers Licence .
* Access to own car.
