About theRole
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs
* Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
* Foster a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
* Support pupils with communication, sensory, emotional, and behavioural needs
* Assist with classroom organisation, resources, and inclusive learning activities
What We'reLooking For
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or other setting) is highly desirable
* A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential
