About the Client
Our Client is a reputable and growing drylining and suspended ceiling contractor with a strong portfolio across commercial, healthcare, education, retail, and mixed-use developments. They are known for delivering complex interior packages on time and within budget while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple interior construction projects and drive successful delivery.
Roles/Responsibilities
Manage drylining and suspended ceiling packages from pre-construction through final handover
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with main contractor programs
Oversee site teams, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor crews
Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site
Monitor project budgets, track costs, and manage variations and change orders
Review drawings and specifications to identify scope gaps and mitigate risk
Lead site meetings and provide progress updates to senior management and main contractors
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations
Maintain strong relationships with clients, main contractors, and suppliersQualifications
5+ years of experience managing drylining and/or suspended ceiling projects
Strong understanding of interior systems, partitioning, MF ceilings, grid systems, and finishing trades
Proven experience working with main contractors on commercial projects
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong budgeting, cost control, and scheduling experience
Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
