* Keep on top of emails and calls regarding stock levels and customer orders
* Monitor Inventory & ERP system
* Ensure strong logistics & warehouse communication & administration
* Handle Import/export documentation
* B2B order management
* Quality management (overseeing testing & compliance)
* Systems & workflow improvement duties
