Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist or Patient Coordinator looking for a flexible, part-time role within a thriving city-centre dental practice? Chester Dental Studio is seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist to work on Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday.
Chester Dental Studio opening hours are between 7am and 7pm, hours to be discussed at interivew.
Pay is dependent on experience, and this role may also suit a qualified dental nurse wishing to transition into a receptionist or treatment coordinator role.

Chester Dental Studio is a modern, three-surgery practice located in Chester city centre. We offer a supportive working environment with direct assistance from our practice manager and a dedicated team of qualified dental nurses.
Role Overview:
As a Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping manage appointments, enquiries, and maintaining the smooth daily operation of the reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding telephone and front-desk service.
2. Schedule private treatment appointments and follow treatment plans
3. Discuss and present finance options professionally
4. Work alongside clinicians to coordinate patient care
5. Support digital marketing efforts and promote practice treatments
6. Deliver efficient reception services to support clinical workflows
Ideal Candidate:
7. Previous dental reception or dental practice experience preferred
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable
10. Comfortable working under pressure and across flexible hours
11. Suitable for dental nurses looking to move into reception or TCO roles
