About The Role We're looking for someone to join our Franchise Operations field team as a Wholesale Specialist - Implementation. You'll take the lead in the new store set up within the Morrisons Daily store conversions. You will lead a team of onsite merchandisers from supermarkets, along with being the first point of contact with our McColls store teams. This role will be responsible for covering the South of England and extensive travel will therefore be required. In the role of Wholesale Specialist - Implementation you'll be responsible for things like this: Breaking down first fill deliveries, delegating responsibilities and working stock onto fixtures Marketing compliance and dressing of the store - ready for opening day Work collaboratively with central stakeholders to close down any issues or risks in delivering an industry leading store on opening day Merchandising and implementation of all Morrisons Daily planograms Shelf edge label and Marketing compliance in line with Morrisons standards Leading a team of colleagues to deliver industry leading New convenience store standards.
