The successful candidate will manage a substantial caseload of residential property sales, ensuring effective and professional communication with clients, third parties, and colleagues, both over the phone and in writing, while adhering to tight deadlines. We are looking for… A Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer. An individual with 2-3 years PQE who has experience handling their own caseload of conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to post-completion. A collaborative team player who can also work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A self-motivated professional with a positive attitude. An enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is approachable, well-presented, and professional. A client following is advantageous but not required.
