Account Manager - South West UK


About The Role

In your role as Account Manager within the Healthcare team, your focus will be on NHS trusts in the South West and South Wales. Working with the Tork brand, which includes paper, skincare, and wiping products, you will actively prospect for new business, convert prospects into profitable accounts, and manage customer relationships.

Utilize your skills in new business development and customer relationship management within an account management role. Join our global health and hygiene business, producing and selling products that make a difference in everyday lives.

The role is territory-based, covering NHS Trusts in the South West and South Wales.


What You Will Do

* Manage and develop relationships within key NHS trusts to grow and maintain Tork business
* Prepare short- and long-term sales plans based on identified new business opportunities
* Negotiate terms and conditions with customers
* Achieve net sales and strategic product growth targets
* Develop bespoke implementation plans to ensure proactive growth of premium Tork products within the Healthcare sector
* Support a distribution partner in South Wales
* Deliver customer training on paper and skincare products


Who You Are

* Proven experience in end customer development and account management within B2B environments
* Previous sales experience in healthcare, tissue, skincare, or janitorial markets
* Experience working with NHS Trusts
* Strong planning and organizational skills to meet targets
* Self-motivated with the ability to seek out sales opportunities
* Determined, patient, with a sense of urgency to develop customer relationships
* Responsible and accountable for work objectives and targets
* Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM software
