Pay:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year + Commission
Responsibilities:
* Be the Liaison Extraordinaire:
Collaborate with mortgage lenders and insurance providers to keep the momentum going on application statuses.
* Client Communication Champion:
Handle incoming calls and emails from clients with professionalism and friendliness, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.
* Application Ace:
Submit mortgage and protection applications with precision, reviewing all information to ensure accuracy.
* Document Dynamo:
Review client documents and expertly package applications for mortgage approval.
* Support Superstar:
Provide unwavering support to clients from the application submission stage to completion, guiding them through the process with confidence.
* Teamwork Titan:
Proactively work with conveyancers, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure smooth and timely property purchases for our clients.
* Update Guru:
Keep clients in the loop with regular updates on all aspects of their application.
