Global Regulatory Assistant
Location: Hull, Hybrid Working

As Regulatory Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting post-launch regulatory activities for all planned and unplanned compliance and maintenance activities for our medical device portfolio across all markets. You may also be asked to support work within a different classification area from time to time.
* Prior experience in Medical Devices or an equivalent regulatory classification is preferred.
* An ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload with your line manager.
* You have knowledge of regulatory requirements associated with Reckitt products. Medical Device experience is a benefit but not required.
* You hold high scientific credentials with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) / Master of Science (MS) degree in a relevant scientific discipline – such as Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or significant industry experience.
* You can deliver to time, cost, and quality standards in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* You possess a strong collaborative mindset and can build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams.
* You have a basic understanding of how to translate complex regulatory information into stakeholder-friendly language.
* You strive for high accuracy in documentation, ensuring registered information is appropriate in dossiers.
The experience we're looking for
- Holds an honours degree in a scientific discipline or possesses equivalent experience.
- Demonstrable regulatory experience in NPD, dossier creation, and global product registrations.
- Up-to-date with regional and global regulatory landscapes, submission processes, and lifecycle management.
- Skilled in preparing and submitting dossiers, managing variations, and renewals.
- High attention to detail in reviewing and authoring technical documents.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects in a high-pressure environment while meeting quality standards.
