About the role
As Regulatory Operations Specialist, you will work on some of Reckitt’s largest brands. You may also support work within different classification areas.
You will be responsible for supporting the content and timely preparation of new dossiers/registration packages/notifications and updating relevant parts of dossiers/packages/notifications to support internal file maintenance, variation, and registration/notification changes throughout the product lifecycle. Your goal is to support the delivery of new products and protect the existing business, maintaining high compliance standards globally.

Your responsibilities
* Support the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of regulatory dossiers/registrations/notifications in line with relevant regulations, primarily in Biocides & Disinfectants or General Products & Detergents, with flexibility to support across categories.
* Develop understanding of regulatory requirements in your remit.
* Collaborate with RAS teams to support regulatory strategy development and implementation.
* Engage in resource planning to support regulatory deliverables.
* Contribute to dossier/regulatory file strategies.
* Maintain dossiers, registrations, notifications, and regulatory files.
* Understand internal business and regulatory processes.
* Contribute to SOPs and work practices.
* Support audit activities and readiness.
* Build relationships with regulatory partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
The experience we're looking for
* Degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or related field.
* Knowledge of regional and global regulatory environments.
* Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively.
* Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
* Flexibility to work across different classifications with guidance.
* Results-oriented, collaborative, and empathetic team player.
* High accuracy in documentation and review.
