We're now looking for an IT Manager to lead that journey.
This is more than a support role. It's about leading, delivering and embedding smart IT systems, secure infrastructure and data-driven decision making across every area of the business.
Role Overview
We're looking for an IT Manager to lead our digital transformation journey. The successful candidate will have experience delivering IT projects that support business operations, designing and developing ERP/MRP systems or management software, and a strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and business reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement an IT strategy and plan aligned to the business plan and vision
* Act as the digital advisor to senior management, identifying opportunities for systems and data to drive growth and efficiency
* Lead the design, implementation and improvement of core systems including ERP, MRP, management dashboards and task tracking tools
* Oversee internal software solutions, enhancements, change requests and integrations across the business
* Manage all IT infrastructure including networks, servers, hardware and cloud services
* Ensure robust performance, backup and business continuity measures are in place
* Oversee helpdesk operations and ensure SLAs are consistently met
* Lead compliance with Cyber Essentials and all relevant cyber and data protection standards
* Develop IT policies and ensure GDPR and other regulatory compliance is maintained
Requirements
* 1+ years delivering IT projects that support business operations
* Experience designing and developing ERP/MRP systems or management software
* Strong understanding of IT systems, networks and business reporting
* Proactive and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Experience managing complex IT change across multiple sites
* Database knowledge (SQL etc.)
* Third level qualification in IT or related field
* Full UK driving licence
