About the Role
Exciting opportunity on the Renal unit at WCH for a Band 5 registered Renal Dialysis Nurse. The role supports the delivery of renal dialysis and is committed to providing patient‑centred care within a welcoming, vibrant team.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the delivery of renal dialysis to patients.
* Provide patient‑centred care and support treatment plans.
* Participate in the development of a nurse network to cascade knowledge and improve standards.
* Engage in continuous professional development to optimise patient outcomes.
Qualifications and Training
* Registered Nursing qualification.
* Full haemodialysis training will be provided; prior renal experience is not required.
