Client Success Manager
Location: Belper, Derbyshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year (depending on experience)

We’re a fast-paced, fast-growing full-service Creative, Digital and Marketing agency and we’re on the lookout for a capable, highly organised Client Success Manager to become a key part of our growing team.
You’ll be based in our Belper studio and play a central role in keeping both our projects and client relationships running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing inbound leads, quotes and proposals; consolidating information and ensuring potential clients receive timely, well-written proposals
* Keeping the sales pipeline on track, overseeing opportunities and following them up
* Coordinating new projects and onboarding clients in a professional and friendly way
* Supporting the delivery team ensuring project scope, timelines, and deliverables are clear, tracked and aligned with client expectations and internal resources.
* Monitoring project budgets and task deadlines to ensure that both are complied to
* Building trusted, collaborative relationships with our clients, driving forward long-term value, retention and growth
* Working with the leadership team to shape, define and improve project delivery processes, and client experience.
Who We’re Looking For
* You’re reliable and proactive and take pride in getting things done to a high standard
* A strong, versatile communicator who can represent our agency professionally across emails, on video calls and when meeting a client in person
* A strategic and analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
* A natural organiser and master of project management who loves to get things done and thrives on juggling multiple priorities
* A quality controller – you instinctively know what looks good (or bad) and have a sharp eye for detail
* You’ll have a positive, can-do attitude – someone who understands the need to plan ahead and to stay calm under pressure and who thrives on finding solutions when things don’t go to plan.
* Experience overseeing multiple projects in a client-facing or project coordination role is ideal but not essential if you can demonstrate that you’re highly capable and ready to learn
* You’re confident using digital tools, i.e., email and calendars, and will preferably have experience of project systems. You’ll be keen to have input on how we can evolve our systems and processes. We’ll show you the ropes, but you’ll need to be really confident on a computer
* An interest in digital and social trends and a creative mind are desirable but not essential.

This is a studio-based role — remote or hybrid working is not offered.
You’ll need to be based within easy commuting distance of Belper, Derbyshire.

* A 45-60 minute interview with one of our management team.
* If you are successful at the first stage, we will follow up and invite you to complete a 30 - 60 minute task stage where you will be able to present back your findings to a member of our management team.
