Our team of Guest Service Managers work together to coordinate the seamless delivery of all guest facing operations.

You’ll be playing to your strengths, with accountability for our Food & Beverage operation, but you’ll also receive full training to support the team across Front Office and Meetings & Events, making this role perfect for an aspiring Operations Manager or Hotel Manager looking to round out your experience in preparation for your next step.

Whether you’re making sure dinner service runs smoothly, overseeing an event or helping with a tricky reservation, you’re always ready to step in and lead from the front any time you’re needed.

This role reports directly to the Hotel Manager.

Responsibilities include:

* ensuring consistent delivery of all Food & Beverage KPIs
* maintaining the smooth running of Food & Beverage operations
* training all Guest Service Assistants in Food & Beverage duties
* supporting the team in service delivery across all guest-facing operations
* collaborating across departments toelevate our service levels
* proactively seeking new ways toenhance the guest journey

About You

To be a great fit for this role, you must have experience in a senior food & beverage role, ideally in a hotel environment (such as Restaurant or Bar Manager/Supervisor or Guest Service Assistant or Receptionist with Duty Manager Responsibility).

You have a strong understanding of F&B KPIs such as guest satisfaction, beverage GP, beverage stock holding and problem handling with a proven track record of delivering service excellence.

You are quick to build relationships, making genuine connections with your exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

And most importantly, you’re an exceptional leader. You are always happy to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front. You’re not afraid to have the tough conversations when you must, but you’re at your best when you’re supporting and developing your team, motivating and inspiring them to bring their best every shift.
