Luxsy Wins is a UK competition platform built around limited entries, instant wins and live draws.
We are looking for a commercially minded Facebook Growth & Partnerships Manager who can expand our presence through strategic partnerships, structured outreach and revenue-focused campaigns.
This role combines growth strategy, partnership development and measurable revenue generation.
This is not a content scheduling role.
Revenue growth is the primary objective.
The Role
You will build and manage partnerships with creators, communities and businesses that bring new audiences to Luxsy Wins and convert those audiences into ticket buyers.
You will be responsible for developing scalable outreach systems and securing collaborations that drive measurable sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage a weekly pipeline of UK creators, businesses and Facebook group partners aligned with Luxsy Wins
• Execute structured outreach to secure partnerships and collaborations
• Negotiate revenue share and affiliate agreements
• Launch collaborative giveaways that drive measurable ticket sales
• Create and manage affiliate links and discount codes for partners
• Identify high potential Facebook Groups and secure cross promotion
• Develop referral and ambassador style growth initiatives
• Track partnership performance and report revenue results weekly
• Build repeatable outreach systems that scale Luxsy Wins growth
You will also maintain a live outreach tracker to manage and scale partnerships.
