Accounts Assistant - fluent German speaking
London office, hybrid
We are delighted to announce that we have an exciting new opportunity here at RED Global within our Invoicing Team. The core purpose of the role is to ensure the client invoices are raised correctly and on time, and that candidates are paid correctly to terms whilst working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Core responsibilities:
* Dealing with a high volume of email communication from contractors, sales consultants and clients
* Raising 300 + invoice per month via our timesheet recording system (ETZ), and offering customer care to your allocated candidates
* Ability to work in a fast-paced sale environment whilst managing expectations with key stake holders in a busy sales environment
* Working within a close team with opportunity to use both Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger skills
* Be capable and confident in working alone communicating to individuals across the world answering their queries, typically via email, as well as managing your own deadlines
* Ensure the client invoices are raised correctly and on time, and that candidates are paid correctly
* Ability to stay organised throughout the month achieving the billing deadlines
Ideal candidate:
* Fluent German and English-speaking
* Must have at least 1 year’s Account Admin Experience minimum
* Attention to detail is vital
* Experience using Sage
* Microsoft skills (excel, pivot table) customer care experience
* Ability to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Clear professional communication skills
* Familiar with timesheet recording portals
