Order Pickers – Fresh Department (Day/Late Shift) People Solutions are currently recruiting Order Pickers to join a large, well-established fresh food distribution centre based in Bellshill. This role sits within the Fresh Department, handling temperature-controlled products, and offers ongoing, full-time work with consistent hours. Shift Pattern: Any 5 days over 7 (including weekends) Shift Time: 10:00 – 18:00 Overtime available after 40 hours per week Rates of Pay: Please note that the shift crosses day and late rate periods: 10:00 – 14:00: £12.83 per hour (day rate) 14:00 – 18:00: £14.12 per hour (late rate) Overtime rate: £19.25 per hour (paid after 40 hours) Enhanced double & triple time rates available during peak periods Weekly pay every Friday Training: All applicants must be able to complete the full onboarding process: Registration and site walk around: attendance at the Bellshill site is required to complete registration, paperwork and site tour prior to starting. Paid Induction: you will be booked onto a paid induction within the Fresh Department before commencing regular shifts.
