Juice Cheltenham is supporting an organisation in their search for a Strategic Relationship Manager - Energy Sector. You will be the portfolio owner for key business customers, focusing on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Core Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main contact for strategic customers, managing all aspects of the B2B customer journey.
* Assess and clarify customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
* Lead a team of Customer Relationship Managers, ensuring task completion and project progress.
* Manage customer demand proactively to meet regulatory, KPI/SLA, and internal objectives using operational dashboards.
* Monitor accounts closely, especially in metering, billing, and settlement, aligning with internal and customer expectations.
* Host customer meetings to develop and implement portfolio plans.
* Support Business Sales in onboarding new customers and maintaining existing relationships, including KPI tracking and handling complaints.
* Assist the Debt Team to reduce outstanding balances and support cash collection.
Knowledge and Experience:
* Experience in the energy industry (essential).
* Experience managing customer and third-party relationships.
* Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Skills:
* Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
* Data analysis and opportunity identification.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Ability to lead meetings and work under pressure.
