Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be a qualified AAT member or equivalent and will support senior accountants in monitoring and reporting the annual revenue and capital budgets. They will play a key role in the preparation of the annual statement of accounts and contribute to the continuous development and improvement of accountancy processes and systems to adapt to an ever‑changing public sector environment.
Qualifications
A qualified AAT member or an equivalent qualification is required.
Professional Skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities are essential. Candidates must possess a keen team ethic to support the finance team, stakeholders and senior leaders.
Travel Requirements
This role may require travel between sites throughout the South Wales area. Candidates must be able to travel independently and will need a driving licence check.
Remuneration and Terms
* Contract: Permanent (x2)
* Grade: 10
* Salary: £37,280 - £38,220 per annum
