Responsibilities
This role manages, inspires and develops a People Ops team of three and takes a lead role across:
* Payroll – hands‑on experience & escalation knowledge required as subject matter specialist.
* HRIS – looking at implementations, improvements & efficiencies.
* HR Admin – full employee lifecycle admin.
* Compliance & Reporting.
* Total Rewards.
Qualifications

Working Conditions
Role based at the Huddersfield (HD5 0RH) head office 3 days a week (Tuesday‑Thursday) with Monday and Friday remote.
