Role
Barista Maestro (Team Leader) – 30 hours per week. As a Barista Maestro, you'll take centre stage – not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
Responsibilities
* Craft consistently great coffee with skill and care.
* Deliver outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
* Lead by example and support your team to meet brand standards.
* Take responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is not present.
* Manage stock, support with deliveries, and maintain store hygiene.
* Build a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud.
Qualifications
* No previous experience required – just a genuine love for coffee and people.
* A positive, can‑do attitude with plenty of personality.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Confidence to lead by example.
* The ability to stay cool under pressure and multitask like a pro.
* Willingness to learn – we provide all training and tools you need.
