Resource Manager (3326) – GTR (Govia Thameslink Railway)

GTR is looking to recruit a Resource Manager for our Brighton Depot.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure sufficient Train Crew are provided to run the services on a day-to-day basis, ensuring minimal delays to trains.
* Work with a team of Resource Managers to avoid shortfalls by balancing resources through other provisions.
* Ensure that the Crews are kept updated in real time to reflect Train Crews booking on, as well as actual work undertaken during shifts, including in times of disruption.
* Manage the day-to-day operations at relevant depots to provide a safe, reliable and punctual train service meeting customer expectations.
Key Skills:
* Planning and organisation to demanding timescales
* High IT literacy interpreting data and understanding trends, including use of Trust, Sheila, Bugle, Genius, Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence
* Support and assist your team to consistently deliver high levels of performance
