Landmarc have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Support Manager to play a key role in maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient operations across our South East region. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role supporting our maintenance teams, improving technical processes, and ensuring we meet all statutory and contractual requirements. Main Responsibilities Investigate technical issues, produce clear reports, and provide expert guidance to maintenance managers. Review and enhance existing processes to ensure accurate, consistent, and auditable records that meet all legal and regulatory standards. Work closely with regional managers to maintain continuous compliance and high‑quality service delivery. Maintain and update the Asbestos Register, monitor water temperature profiles, and manage actions arising from Legionella Risk Assessments. Prepare for and host authority inspections and audits from Authorising Engineers. Ensure robust and suitable RAMS are in place for all relevant activities. The Ideal Candidate Experience in a technical or building services management role within facilities management or a related environment. Working knowledge of Asbestos, Legionella, DSEAR, Gas, Electrical, Petroleum, and Fire safety regulations. Ability to drive and travel across the South East, with occasional wider UK travel. Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and its application in FM.
