What you'll be doing...
* Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere at all times.
* Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that guests’ needs are met promptly and efficiently.
* Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front‑of‑house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues and back‑of‑house staff to ensure seamless service.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
* Provide information about menu items and promotions, and suggest options to enhance the guest experience.
