We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive school environment. Duties as an HLTA:
* Deliver planned lessons to whole classes in the absence of the teacher.
* Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups to raise attainment.
* Assist teachers with planning, preparation, and assessment.
* Support pupils with a range of abilities, including those with additional needs.
* Contribute to behaviour management, creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support curriculum delivery.
Ideal HLTA:
* HLTA status or equivalent experience.
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills as an HLTA.
* Ability to deliver engaging lessons and learning activities.
* Experience supporting pupils across different key stages.
* A proactive, flexible, and positive approach.
