Due to the continued growth and the opening of our newest office, we are looking to add additional Negotiators to our Moreton team!

Our Sales & Lettings Negotiators are primarily focused on building trusted relationships with both Vendors and Applicants, allowing them to give the very best possible advice and guidance to help them, whether that is buying, selling, or renting a property.
Core Responsibilities
1. To build trusted relationships with all stakeholders.
2. Arranging market appraisals and property viewings.
3. Obtaining and providing feedback post-viewing.
4. Negotiating offers.
5. Updating Clients on the marketing of their property.
6. Verifying buyers' ability to proceed before confirming sale.
7. To uphold the Karl Tatler way.
8. To work as part of a team and individually.
