The Part-Time Lettings and Estates Officer's key responsibility is smooth running of our letting's activities including excellent customer service, overseeing the safety and security of the premises and maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the facilities for a wide range of rental activities across the School premises. This includes the opening and closing of the School premises, pre and post inspection of the venue and monitor the use of facilities to ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and Health & safety regulations including regular security and maintenance spot check.
