The Role As part of their respective Residential Property team, you will take on a varied caseload, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases New build transactions Remortgages Transfers of equity Close liaison with clients, agents, and third parties to ensure smooth processes The team benefits from a consistent flow of quality instructions, underpinned by strong panel relationships, while providing an environment that allows you to manage your own files with autonomy, supported by experienced colleagues.
