About the role
Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It is our policy to offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you prefer to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), opportunities are also available.

* Mon: 08:30‑16:30
* Tue: 14:00‑23:00
* Fri: 14:00‑23:00
* Sat: 14:00‑23:00
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of activities by coordinating a team to deliver.
* Constantly look for ways to improve service through on‑the‑job coaching and feedback.
* Understand team performance, deliver practical actions for improvement.
* Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for the team and shoppers.
